Gary CJ David, CEO
Gary CJ David is responsible for driving Imperia’s operational strategy and growth objectives. Gary has four decades experience in product distribution. From 1967 to 1988, Gary worked for Northern Merchandise Co., a division of Mass Merchandisers Inc. In 1980, he assumed the Presidency of 3 warehouses on the West Coast with over 800 employees and annual sales of $120 million. During the past 20 years, Gary has launched numerous natural health product (NHP) companies and has sourced and/or launched numerous NHPs in the North American market including Aria Orange Silver, Orange Mate, Allary and Kosmea Skin Care. Gary’s success is seen on shelves and TV advertisements throughout North America. Gary studied law while working for Northern Merchandise and later obtained a computer science degree. Gary has been profiled in Non Foods Magazine, has worked as a prolific independent consultant, and is a seminar speaker around the world on product placement and distribution support to launch in North America.
Paul Milne, PhD, MBA, President
Dr. Paul Milne is responsible for Imperia's science-related client services including natural health product review, product licensing, product reformulation, SR&ED tax credit recovery and general business consulting. Dr. Milne has 8 years experience as a medicinal chemist. His research focused on the use of natural products (beta-amino acids) and derivatives for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders including epilepsy, Alzheimers and stroke. The work resulted in numerous scientific publications, a triple patent (novel products, novel process, novel utility) and sizeable government and corporate funding. Dr. Milne also has 14 years experience in the areas of venture creation, business assistance and technology commercialization. Dr. Milne worked as Research Associate for the National Research Council of Canada (NRC Ottawa) where he assisted with the commercialization of drug delivery technology applicable to anti-aging cosmetics, nutraceuticals for humans and companion animals, and anti-fungal pharmaceuticals. He also worked as an analyst for a community based venture capital fund where he evaluated more than 50 business opportunities annually.

Brady Clark, PhD, Science Consultant
Brady Clark, PhD, advises Imperia with its science-related services. Dr. Clark is founder and CEO of Sussex Research Laboratories, Inc., a specialist company in the area of carbohydrate synthetic chemistry. Formerly he worked as a research officer of the National Research Council (NRC) of Canada (1988-1996) where he directed successful international collaborations on projects relating to mechanistic organic chemistry and anti-oxidant studies with academic, government and pharmaceutical researchers based in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Clark has extensive publications in major peer-reviewed international journals. Dr. Clark received a doctorate in chemistry from McMaster University in 1988.
